How It Works

Students will complete the Summer Session Free Course Lottery eForm indicating their interest in one of the 12 identified Summer Session courses. Completion of the eForm constitutes a commitment to take the course if the student is selected. The Summer Session Free Course Lottery eForm will be available in Axess beginning on Monday, May 18, 2020. It will remain open for submission until Sunday, May 24 at 11:59 pm Pacific time. For more information on how to access the eForm, click here.

Summer Session will communicate results the week of Monday, May 25. If you are selected via a randomized selection process, you will automatically be enrolled in the course and Axess will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to read the policies governing this opportunity for more detailed information.
